Domestic Shipping Information (India)

We strive to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase. Your products will typically be delivered within 3 to 10 days from the date you placed your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Jai Sai Mart provides Free Shipping across India and utilizes reliable courier services such as Shiprocket, French Express, ST Courier or other comparable options for product delivery.

Tracking

After your order is picked up by the courier, we will provide you with the tracking number and details via email or whatsapp. You can expect to receive the tracking email within four (4) days from the date of your order.

We strive to ensure that every product arrives at its destination in pristine condition, and our packaging is designed to provide comprehensive protection.

Damage

We place great emphasis on the safe and secure shipping of our products, and take every precaution to ensure that they are carefully packed and arrive in their original condition. Our products are shipped with complete protection and security to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Note: Please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. In case of any product damage, this will help us process a replacement or refund smoothly.

If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours so that we can initiate the return process and provide further instructions.

Address Changes

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can update your shipping address by typing “Change Address” in our WhatsApp chat. Please note that address changes are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Proper Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
