Refund and Returns Policy

We are here to assist you if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:

1. You are required to initiate the return process within 3 business days from the date of your purchase.

2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been modified or damaged by the customer.

3. Please include a copy of the invoice or bill when making a return.

4. Returns are accepted only in cases of product damage, and only once.

Refund:

1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a credit or refund. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive the credit.

2. A refund is only eligible in cases of product damage, and can be claimed once.

Shipping:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and as the buyer, you are responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with returning the item. The amount of the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund you receive.

How to Initiate a Refund / Return Process

  • Before initiating a return, please inform us in detail with the reason for return.
  • Please share clear photos of the product in its current condition.
  • Invoice copy must be attached with the request.
  • Date of Purchase: The return request must be raised within 4 days from the date of purchase. [Requests received after 4 days will not be accepted.]

Important Note

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • If a refund is applicable, ₹190 [shipping and packing charges] will be deducted from the refund amount.
